Discussing risk of recurrence with HR+/HER2- early breast cancer patients

The HCP-Patient Dialogues Initiative has been developed in partnership with a global expert steering committee of oncologists, patient advocates, and a psycho-oncologist. The aim of this initiative is to assist healthcare providers (HCPs) to effectively engage and educate patients with HR+/HER2- early breast cancer on the risk of recurrence, and to help patients understand and adhere to adjuvant therapy.

The communications toolkit consists of one HCP guidance document and two
patient-facing materials:

HCP Guidance Document

Offers context to the available patient materials and includes guidance for their use in conversations with patients

Patient Education Leaflet

Introduces patients to disease recurrence and the increased risk without adjuvant endocrine therapy and how patients can help manage that risk

Understanding Your Early Breast Cancer Treatment Pathway

An overview of the treatment pathway that can be tailored to each patient with the help of their HCPs
